For more than two decades, Dr. Greg Jones has led private Christian schools, served churches, and advised faith-based nonprofits through growth, transition, crisis, and renewal. Today, he brings that experience alongside leaders like you, as a Fractional COO who's done the job, not just studied it.
Why Forward Solutions Exists.
For 25 years, Greg led Christian schools as a head of school, president, and CEO, growing Trinity Christian from 198 to 415 students, Shiloh Christian from 714 to 1,139, and most recently expanding The Baptist Preparatory School from 485 to 800. He raised more than $10 million for capital and program initiatives, opened a third campus, and walked schools through accreditation cycles, leadership transitions, and the hard seasons every Christian institution eventually faces.
That same season, he began advising faith-based nonprofits, including Finally Family Homes and Oasis of Hollywood, and saw the pattern repeat: most mission-driven organizations weren't struggling for lack of calling. They were struggling because the operational leadership required to sustain a thriving institution is rare, and full-time executive talent at that level is often out of reach.
